- 凭据（`WE_MP_RSS_AK`、`WE_MP_RSS_SK`）：不可用

**历史运行情况：**
该 cron 任务（春考选题-文章抓取）大部分时间因同样原因失败，但 6月23日 10:25 和 12:26 曾短暂成功（当时服务在运行），推送了「广东高考成绩6月24日可查」等文章。此后服务再次宕机，后续运行均失败。

**恢复所需：**
1. 启动 we-mp-rss 服务（需项目源代码及 Redis）
2. 部署 `fetch_articles.py`、`utils.py`、`.env` 到 `/home/agentuser/project/scripts/`
3. 确保 `WE_MP_RSS_AK`、`WE_MP_RSS_SK`、`QW_WEBHOOK_URL` 凭据可用
